Itinerary

Day 1: Departure from Delhi – Simla (377 Kms)
Meet and greet at Airport/Railway Station. Board the waiting vehicle and proceed for Simla.
Recommended halt for meal, Pinjor Gradens. Thereafter proceed for Simla. On reaching check into
hotel. Rest of the time at leisure. Dinner and overnight.


Day 2: Simla
Today we visit the Mall of the Simla and see some of the famous land marks, since the British Raj like
Gaity Cinema, the old post office, scandal point and hunt for curios. We also visit the Institute of
Advance studies, which used to be the vice regal residence during the British era. Dinner and overnight
at Hotel.


Day 3: Simla-Manali (275 Kms)
Today proceed to Manali. There are many scenic spots as we pass by Kullu valley, Beas river, Dashehra
maidan etc. After reaching and check in time permitting, visit the local market. Dinner and overnight at
hotel.


Day 4: Manali – Rohtang
We leave for snow point along the Rohtang road. Tour members must carry warm cloths like hand gloves,
muffler, sweatewr, shawl, socks & sports shoes etc. Enrote overcoats and shoes are available on hire.
we will generally take you near the snow point. Rohtang Pass (altitude 3940 mts) is actually 51 Kms far
from Manali. But you will go only as far as snow point.


Day 5: Manali
Today we visit Jagatsukh aned Naggar Art Gallery. This Art Gallery belonged to the famous Russian
painter, Roerich, who married Devika Rani the famous actress of Hindi movies of yester years. After
lunch we visit Hidimba Temple, Vasishtha Kund and Manu Mandir.


Day 6: Manali – Dharamshala
On reaching Dharamshala, check into hotel. At leisure till dinner time to explore the town which has
been the residence of Dalai lama of Tibet, Dal Lake and Bhaksunag Temple. Dinner and overnight at hotel.


Day 7: Dharamshala – Dalhousie (170 Kms)
Today we depart to Dalhousie. On arrival we check into hotel. Evening free for shopping.


Day 8: Dalhousie – Khajjiar – Dalhousie (100 Kms)
Today we visit Khajjiar which is known as Mini Gulmarg. Here you can enjoy photography and Horse
riding on your own. Back to hotel in Dalhousie by the evening dinner and overnight.
